Wolf Van Halen & David Lee Roth Come To Blows at In-N-Out Burger

Former Van Halen band mates Wolf Van Halen and David Lee Roth came to blows yesterday. The incident occurred at In-N-Out Burger restaurant in Pasadena, California. As is usually the case, these rock n roll feuds usually start with social media jabs and end up in fisticuffs. The Wolf Vs. David feud was no different.

Wolf Van Halen is the son of guitar god Eddie Van Halen. David Lee Roth was the singer and frontman for Van Halen during their glory years. Van Halen was formed in Pasadena, California in 1973. David Lee Roth left the band in 1985 to pursue a solo career, he was replaced by Sammy Hagar. In 2006, Roth returned but original bassist Michael Anthony was replaced with little Wolfie. Eddie passed away in 2020.

Fast forward to this week and David Lee Roth goes on a rant about Wolfie. DLR posted a video to social media expressing his contempt for Wolfie and his mother Valerie Bertinelli. David mocked Wolfie and said he only got his job in Van Halen because his mom made Eddie put him in the band. He then accused Wolfie of being a mama’s boy and a chubby bedwetter.

One day after posting the video, David and Wolfie run into each other at the In-N-Out Burger in Pasadena, California. Wolfie yelled, “Hey Roth keep my name out your mouth or you will be gumming that burger after I knock your teeth out.” DLR replied, “Hey fatty why don’t you have a salad instead of that Double Double you are stuffing into your face.”

At this point, Wolfie got out of his seat and walked over to David and confront him. David went into a Bruce Lee style karate display complete with high pitched shrieking and posturing. Roth ended up in the one legged crane position. Even though Roth is trained in martial arts, the hulking Wolfie outweighs him by close to 200 pounds. Roth is also 40 years older than the boy.

Roth proceeded to punch Wolfie in the gut a few times. A non-phased Wolf grabbed David in a bear hug and lifted him off the ground. Wolfgang then proceeded to walk out to the parking lot and throw Lee Roth into the dumpster. Wolfie then commented, “Good riddance to bad rubbish” as he walked away. David emerged from the dumpster covered in rotten garbage with injured ribs and a bruised ego. Is this the end of the feud or just the beginning? Stay tuned.
