Ozzy Osbourne Sends Awkward Christmas Card With His Cat
Ozzy Osbourne sent out his yearly Christmas Card to friends, family and select members of his fan club. This year Ozzy posed with his beloved cat, Mr. Meowgi wearing matching Santa hats. The result was an awkward yet hysterical Christmas card.
Ozzy Osbourne has been referred to as “The Madman” “The Godfather of Heavy Metal” and The Prince of Darkness. However he has shown that when it comes to his pets, he is not afraid to show off his lighter side.
Mr. Meowgi
“Mr. Meowgi is my best friend” said Ozzy. “Well, besides Sharon of course. But Meowgi doesn’t talk back and doesn’t give me any grief. I love my kids and grandkids but after a while they get on my nerves and Sharon never shuts up. Meowgi will just sit on my lap for hours and let me pet him.”
Ozzy continued, “I love to watch TV and Movies. Sharon, Jack, Kelley and whats her name, I have another daughter but I can never remember her name. Well, anyway they are always yapping when I watch TV or complaining about the shows I choose. Not Meowgi, he loves all of the same shows I do. We watch The Waltons, Hallmark Christmas movies, and old game shows. We love Match Game and Classic concentration, we both love Richard Dawson. When we watch Jeopardy, I never know what the heck Alex is talking about but Mr. Meowgi knows all the answers.”
Not Amused
Some fans were not amused by the lighter side of Ozzy Osbourne. Mark Spohn, President of the Battle Creek, Michigan chapter of the Ozzy Osbourne fan club did not enjoy the card. “I expect my heavy metal idols to be photographed with skulls and crosses, not cats and Santa hats” cried Spohn. “I am feeling dizzy, I need to lie down.”
Ozzy told Madhouse News, “I am sick of people and I am sick of my lunk headed fans. Of course I love spending time with my family but I prefer to spend most of my time with Meowgi. He has great taste in music as well. Sharon sent out a family Christmas card but she wouldn’t let Meowgi in the photo. Meowgi was mad and pooped on her pillow for revenge. So to keep the peace I had to make a special card with Meowgi. It turned out great and I am looking forward to next year. Maybe we will send cards for other holidays as well, stay tuned.”
