NFL To Play ‘Me So Horny’ By 2 Live Crew Before Every Game
‘Me So Horny’, the controversial 1989 rap song by ‘2 Live Crew’, is expected to be performed live or played before every NFL game this season. The song will be played instead of “The Star-Spangled Banner”, an unnamed source stated.
When asked why that particular song was selected, Commissioner Roger Goodell stated, “I love 2 Live Crew, and ‘Me So Horny’ is hysterical. It has a good beat, and is easy to dance to. I am against racism, so what better way to handle the situation instead of actually doing something of value? This is literally the least we could do. Do you know how hard it would be to actually try and stop racism? Or change our hiring practices at the executive level? Come on man get with it.”

When asked if he thought ‘Me So Horny’ might be offensive to Asians or Women, Goodell commented, “It doesn’t mention Asians at all, why would it be offensive? Maybe I should have taken time to really listen to the lyrics. I hope this wasn’t a mistake.”
‘Me So Horny’ was a controversial hit for ‘2 Live Crew’ and leader ‘Luke Skyywalker’. The song and album ‘As Nasty As They Wanna Be’ were a huge commercial hit. Due to the explicit nature of the lyrics of this song and the album, it led to the successful prosecution of the group on obscenity charges. The album was banned from sale in Florida until it was overturned on appeal.
*PS – When we say unnamed source, that means someone probably made it up.
*PPS – Can they still say Chiefs and Texans?
