Metallica Releases New Single With Adam Lambert
Just one day after announcing they will release a live album titled, ‘Metallica and The Blue Man Group: S&M2’, the band has dropped a new single with new singer Adam Lambert.
The single is a remake of Wham’s 1984 hit, ‘Wake Me Up Before You Go Go’. You can listen and judge for yourself. The audio is below.
Fans had mixed reviews on social media. Lynn Dickie commented “This is the worst thing I have ever listened to. It is worse than the lockdown, pandemic, murder hornets and riots. It is an abomination and Lars should be put in prison for this nonsense.”
Last year when James Hetfield entered rehab, Lars announced that Adam Lambert would be joining the band as the new singer. Fans were jumping out of windows upon hearing the news, but most hoped it would never come to fruition.
Well, Metallica fans worst nightmares have come true. Not only is Adam singing with the band, but they released a cover of what many Heavy Metal fans consider the worst song ever recorded.
“How could they do this to me?” said longtime fan Cory Muller. “Lambert’s singing reminds me of my wedding, when my drunk Aunt Connie got up and sang with the band. It’s so bad that it is actually good.”
The song has been a huge failure so far, with only 6,000 downloads. Fans hated it so much that they have been attempting to revert the downloads and upload the song back into the cloud.

Please tell me this is not true. This has got to be the worse thing I have ever put in my brain. Maybe Lars should have gone to rehab. cause he certainly was on something when this was decided.
That most definitely is not Adam Lambert get your story straight. Any fan of Adam’s knows he wouldn’t be apart of a mess like this song it’s too far beneath him and Metallica.

I’m never listening to Metallica again! This breaks my heart. Lambert’s vocals are too light, and this sucks compared to Ride the Lightning, MoP, or even Load!!! Only good thing is the keyboard solo.
