Man Sues: Claims Mick Jagger Lied About Puerto Rican Girls Dying To Meet Him
A man filed a lawsuit today alleging that Rolling Stone Mick Jagger lied to him in 1977. Robert Hart filed the suit in New York City Superior Court claiming Jagger was not telling the truth when he claimed Puerto Rican girls were dying to meet him.
Hart told Madhouse News, “Mick and I were friends and were hanging out a lot in New York City during the summer of 1977. My girlfriend had just broken up with me so I was very sad. I did not want to leave my apartment. One night Mick called me up and told me that he was going to come over at midnight with some Puerto Rican girls that were dying to meet me. I was all excited that this would get me out of my funk. Like who doesn’t love a Puerto Rican girl? My ex was Puerto Rican and she could suck a golf ball through a water hose if you get my drift?”
Pizza & Wine
Hart continued, “Well anyway, Mick and the girls show up with Pizza and wine. They were beautiful, each one was hotter than the next. So we are drinking and having fun but it turns out none of the girls are interested in me. Jagger was lying just to use my apartment. He spends the rest of the night in the bedroom with the Puerto Rican girls and I am sitting in the kitchen like a jacka$$ eating pizza alone.”
Jagger went on to write the song “Miss You” about the night’s events. The song went to number one and so did the album “Some Girls” which sold over 6 million copies. Mr. Hart’s attorney believes he should be compensated.
Mick Jagger Lawsuit
Attorney Blake Looney writes in the suit, “The best song on the album is ‘Miss You’ and the best part of ‘Miss You’ is the lyrics in which Jagger mocks my client. The alleged Puerto Rican girls had no interest in my client and Mr Jagger knew that. He used the ploy to gain entrance into the apartment and use it for illicit purposes. God knows what he was doing in that bedroom. Mr. Hart was embarrassed and ridiculed. He can no longer perform with a woman. He is afraid of people and has not left his apartment since that fateful evening in 1977. For that we are seeking damages of $1.7 million.
I've been waitin' in the hall Been waitin' on your call Your phone rings It's just some friends of mine that say "Hey, what's the matter, man? We're gonna come around at twelve With some Puerto Rican girls that's just dyin' to meet you We're gonna bring a case of wine Hey, let's go mess and fool around You know, like we used to"
