Was basketball star Lebron James peering over bathroom stalls? A patron complained to restaurant management that a large fellow was peering at him over the top of the stall in the men’s room.

The man, Josh Murray, of Rancho Cucamonga, was using the bathroom and saw a man “looking at him over the stall partition,’’ management reported. “His unclothed buttocks would have been visible to the suspect.’’

The alleged incident took place at ‘Nacho Daddy’, a Mexican restaurant on Santa Monica Blvd in Los Angeles. “I just ate the Chimichanga special and it ran through me like a hot knife through butter.” said Murray. “As my stomach began rumbling, I ran for the border, as they say. I took care of business and was sitting there on the throne, basking in the afterglow. A strange sensation overtook me, as though I was being watched. I looked up and clear as day, there was a large hulking man looking me dead in my face. He was wearing a Lakers Jersey and had a real creepy look in his eyes. I recognized him as Lebron James, but then thought, why would an NBA superstar be at a Mexican restaurant looking at me over the top of a bathroom stall.”

Nacho Daddy Assistant to the Manager, Joe Schafbuch, intervened and asked Lebron to leave. “He comes in here a lot” said Mr. Schafbuch, “but never gives us any trouble. He never orders anything, but eats a lot of the free chips and salsa and a large water. Come to think of it, he does spend a lot of time in the bathroom, but then again so do a lot of our customers.”

Lebron James’ public relations team released a statement, “Lebron is a tall man, when he stands up, he can’t help but looking down on others in the adjoining stalls. Mr. James was by no means peering at anyone and was just answering nature’s call himself. Lebron has no interest in seeing Mr. Murray’s bare buttocks. ”

Madhouse Magazine advises all readers to always “look up when using a public restroom.’’
