Kid Rock Claims Drinking Bud Light Was Research For New Book

Kid Rock was spotted drinking a Bud Light recently. He claims it was research for a new book that he is writing. Kid Rock told Madhouse News, “Things are not what they seem. I am an innocent man, it was merely research for a new book that I am working on.” 

In photos taken via an undercover operative with a hidden camera, Kid Rock was pictured drinking a can of Bud Light beer at a Beyonce concert in Nashville, Tennessee. This was particularly disturbing to fans as Rock has been outspoken in his distaste for the beer. Rock was seen in a video earlier this year dropping napalm on a case of bud light and calling for a boycott.

Fans and foes alike took to social media to join together in condemning Kid Rock. Fans were upset that Rock appears to have turned on them. Calls were initiated to boycott all things Kid Rock. Enemies called him a hypocrite and also called for Kid to be shunned and whipped across the testicles with a car antennae. 

Kid Rock sat down with Madhouse News today and explained the situation. “I was at the concert and someone handed me a beer. It was a Bud Light but the bartender explained that it was a pre-gay Bud Light.That is ok on its own, it is grandfathered in. However, I will give you one further. I agreed to drink it because I am writing a book. The book is about Gay Beer through the ages and I thought this was excellent research. Plus I did not swallow.”

Witness Alex Hilliard stated, “I witnessed the whole shocking scene. Kid Rock was slurping down that Bud Light like it was Mother’s milk. It was spilling down his chin and he lapped it up so he didn’t miss a drop. After he finished he let out a gigantic belch then ordered another. He must had like 9 in total. “

Following Bud Light’s disastrous ad campaign, the brand lost $300 Trillion dollars. Despite the backlash against Bud Light, Kid Rock’s Nashville restaurant, the Honky Tonk Roadhouse Rock & Roll Steakhouse & Sushi, continued serving the beer even while country stars such as John Rich and Travis Tritt pledged to do away with it. Some joker put a poster on Rock’s bar. It was a picture of Kid Rock and Dylan Mulvaney in a bar with the caption, “Liquor in the front, Poker in the rear.”
