Iconic Rocker Keith Richards broke the internet by showing off his incredibly ripped Six-Pack Abs while on vacation. The Rolling Stone guitarist looked tanned and toned while casually exposing his shredded Six-Pack abs through an unbuttoned shirt.

Richards was spending time with family in picturesque South Africa when he posted the thirst trap on social media. The sexy photo was captioned, “Feeling cute, might take a full frontal later, IDK”. Fans were left shocked and wanting more. Chris Connelly posted, “I would like to see that, YUM, what a snack”. Connelly’s post was followed by a series of fire emoji’s.

Keith was not always the picture of health and fitness. However, since he has stopped taking drugs, alcohol and smoking, physical fitness has become his number one priority. Richards commented, “At one point fitness to me was how was I going to fitness bottle of Jack Daniels in my mouth. And the only six-packs in my world were pints of beer. Now moving is part of my every day.”

Richards morning consists of meditating, a light thirteen-mile jog with his dog, and a 2 hour workout. Keith likes to switch up his workouts by including weight training, kayaking, yoga, paddle boarding, jiu-jitsu and sweating to the oldies. Richards added, “I throw in 1000 sit ups, 1000 push ups and 30 minutes of planking each day. Plus I eat clean bro. You gotta put in the work if you wanna look like this.”

Keith has been spotted in South Africa showing off his ripped six-pack, defined chest and jacked biceps while chilling on a yacht and water-skiing with the locals. Richards is said to be working on a new line of athletic wear as well.

The man who has been the backbone of one of the most enduring rock bands in history, swapped his guitar for a pair of yoga pants and a set of dumb bells. It’s a far cry from the glitzy, star-studded, drug fueled parties of the past, but, for Richards, it encapsulates the essence of what he holds dear: family, adventure, getting ripped and a deep appreciation for the wonders of the natural world.
