Thanks to an Amazing new diet and exercise program, Keith Richards incredible transformation has to be seen to be believed. 

In this Madhouse exclusive we recently caught up with Keith and took these pictures backstage at the Rolling Stones concert in Buenos Aires.

 Keith sat down with us and told us his new regimen. “I hit the gym – hard dude.” “I lift bro!” “I spend 3 hours a day at the gym and I do lots of reps and sets. Friday is arms day and thats my favorite. I am getting huge bro”.

Keith has a personal trainer and also owes his incredible new ripped physique to the fact that he has cut down to 2 packs of cigarettes per day and only 1 bottle of Jack Daniels. 

“These pussies, with their eat clean bro, and vegan diets, they can’t keep up with me” said Keith. “I run circles around these guys. These are kids 50 years younger than me, and they give up way before me. It’s the mind that quits, way before the body does. My mind don’t quit. I am benching 350 now and deadlifting 500!”   “He’s a monster”, said gym goer James McNally.
