Katy Perry Evicts Disabled Vet By Pushing Man & Wheelchair Down Stairs

Did Katy Perry push a disabled vet in his wheel chair down a flight of stairs in order to evict him faster? That is the word on the street. Pop star Katy Perry and husband Orlando Bloom recently won a three year legal battle against the disabled vet. The man claimed that he was hopped up on goofballs when he sold Perry and Bloom his $15 Million mansion. He also suffers from dementia, Impetigo, explosive diarrhea and rickets which deems him unable to participate in real estate transactions. 

Perry and Bloom purchased the lavish California mansion from Thurston Howell III back in 2020. Howell then tried to rescind the deal a short time later citing his mental incapacity. “Dear Katy and Mr. Perry” wrote Howell, “I wish to cancel the real estate deal because I am crazy as a loon. I am hopped up on goofballs, poop my pants, drool and write Helter Skelter on my walls in my own excrement. However, I would like to keep your $15 Million for restocking fees”. 

Katy Perry Vs Disabled Vet

The judge ruled in favor of Perry and Bloom stating that Howell was sly like a fox. “I hereby rule that Mr Howell has shown no proof that he has diminished capacity. We let people way more diminished than you run entire countries. Katy Perry has the right to throw you out on your ear if you are not gone from her house in 24 hours.” 

Perry took the judge’s ruling literally. After 25 hours, Howell was still in the house. Perry marched in and wheeled Thurston in his wheelchair out the door and to the top of the steep stairs. Just like the infamous scene from the movie Kiss Of Death, Perry gave the wheelchair a good push. Howell went tumbling down the stairs rolled down the driveway and right out into the street where he was almost struck by a truck. Luckily and most amazingly, Howell was uninjured. However we cannot say the same thing for his adult diapers which took quite the beating.

This is not the first time Perry has been involved in a real estate legal battle. Back in 2015 Katy Perry sued a bunch of nuns who sold a former convent to an undisclosed party for $15 Million. Perry went over their head and spoke to the Pope and The Archbishop. The Archbishop and Perry said sued the nuns stating that they had no authority to sell the house. The judge ruled in Perry’s favor and she got the property. One of the nuns later died in court during an appeal. Talk about your Highway to Hell.
