Bieber and his pet monkey, who is named ‘Dr. Cornelius’ checked into the hotel room. Apparently ‘Dr. Cornelius’ was flinging his feces around, so Bieber took matters into his own hand. At this time Bieber went out onto the balcony. Then in full view of hotel guests at the pool, he spanked his monkey.
