Jimi Hendrix’s Cousin ‘Claude’ to Headline Woodstock 2021 Festival

The concert will be held on the same site of the 1969 festival in Upstate NY. The Bethel Woods Center for the Arts confirmed Thursday that it will host a three-day event on August 13-15, 2021, titled “Bethel Woods Music and Culture Festival.”
The headliner will be Claude Hendrix, Jimi Hendrix’s second cousin on his mothers side. Other performers will be Coldplay, Julie Miller Busby, who was Janis Joplin’s neighbor from Port Arthur Texas and Jerry Garcia’s plumber, Tom Dutton. Also on the schedule is a Beatles reunion, Led Zeppelin reunion, Pink Floyd reunion with Roger Waters & David Gilmour,
Original Woodstock promoter Michael Lang is organizing a separate Woodstock celebration that will be held at the Rock n Roll Hall of Fame in Cleveland Ohio. Lang’s celebration will consist of a puppet show recreating the original Woodstock. Jann Wenner will be one of the main puppeteers.
