Got Questions? Willie Nelson’s ‘420’ Hotline is Now Open
Got weed questions? Many Americans have plenty this year, and there’s a call center ready and waiting to help make this holiday a huge success. In honor of 4/20 – philanthropist and country superstar Willie Nelson will once again personally man a hotline for all your weed and weed related questions.
Just like every year since 1981, Nelson’s “Weed Talk-Line” is up and running. It is already fielding pre game calls, texts and emails about the latest weed hurdles in households across the U.S. The hotline will officially open on April 20th at 4:20PM ET. It will remain open for the duration of the 4/20 holiday season.
Celebrity Guests
The hotline will have celebrity guests that will answer phone calls. Tommy Chong, Snoop Dogg, Seth Rogan, Cypress Hill and Woody Harrelson are all lined up and ready to answer you calls.
The hotline is expected to answer tens of thousand of phone calls. On 4/20 alone, Willie is expecting 100,000 calls from home bakers. The hotline has evolved from relatively humble beginnings – just six people answered 11,000 phone calls in 1981 – to a call center of 50 people offering help in English and Spanish
Memorable Questions
The hotline will talk people down that smoked too much, help out with edible and infused recipes, music selections or any general questions you may have. The most memorable calls were from paranoid people hiding in closets and under beds. Others are freaking out and forget how to breathe. While some can hear their heart beating. General freak outs are quite common.
The hotline can be reached by asking Alexa “Alexa, ask Willie Nelson…” or by dialing 420-420-4204. Now if you find yourself dialing this number, please stop smoking because you are way too high.
