“Ghost” Singer Performs Cavity Search on Fans To Prevent Cell Phones
Ghost Singer Performs Cavity Search. Swedish Metal band “Ghost” really did not want any cell phones at their recent concerts in Los Angeles. The band may have gone too far though as Lead singer Tobias Forge performed random cavity searches on fans. During the searches he found 172 cell phones, 23 hamsters, many toys, a toilet brush, a hammer, a bottle of soy sauce and even a bowling pin.
Ghost is a Swedish metal band formed in 2006. The band is known for it’s eccentric on-stage presence. Seven of the group’s eight members, known as “Nameless Ghouls” wear virtually identical, face-concealing costumes. Lead singer Tobias Forge obscures his identity behind a succession of characters such as “Papa Emeritus”, “Papa Smurf”, “Cardinal Copia”, “Preparation H” and “Bishop Sixtus Nineth”. The band is currently on tour.
“Ghost” Singer Performs Cavity Search
Ghost made the following statement prior to the show: This event will be a phone-free experience. Use of phones, smart watches, and accessories will not be permitted in the performance space. Upon the arrival at the venue, all phones, smart watches, and accessories will be secured in individual Yondr pouches and thrown in the trash. Ghost singer Tobias Forge will perform random cavity searches on suspicious looking fans. Anyone seen using a device during the performance will be escorted out of the venue by security. They will be beaten, tased and their heads will be dunked into the venues toilets.
Fans did not seem fazed by the intrusion. One fan Jeff Heaton commented, “You can never be too careful. If the only way I can get to see Ghost in concert is by having my anus probed, then count me in. I have done way more for far less. It’s true that my rectum was left bleeding, but it was well worth it.”
Richard Arter told Madhouse News that he was taken into a small room with no windows and suddenly Tobias swooped in. “He made me strip, squat and cough, then he jammed 2 fingers in my sphincter. I really wasn’t expecting that. It was quite the shock. I am glad I had standing room only tickets after that.”
Melissa Baldi was concerned that the cavity search took 11 minutes. “Tobias really did a thorough job on me. He had a flashlight and really got all up in there. I haven’t had this much fun since summer camp.” If you are planning on attending a Ghost show in the future, be sure to bring a change of clothes.
