Eddie Vedder Vs Motley Crue Feud Turns Violent: Huge Brawl Breaks Out At Golden Corral
The recent very public feud between Eddie Vedder and members of Motley Crue turned ugly the other night at a Golden Corral restaurant in El Cajon, California.
The feud began when Eddie Vedder stated in an interview that he hated Motley Crue. “They suck a$$” said Vedder. “I would rather have my nut sack chewed on by a rabid wolverine than listen to Motley Crue. And trust me that is a huge insult because I actually had my nut sack chewed on by a rabid wolverine and it ain’t no fun.”
Oh Yeah!
Motley Crue bassist Nikki Sixx replied, “Going to a Pearl Jam concert is like watching paint dry while not on Heroin”. Then Vedder replied again and said he had sex with Tommy Lee’s mother and Lee replied with, “Oh Yeah!”.
Vedder is currently on a solo tour and is in California for a concert next week. Motley Crue is in town rehearsing for their upcoming tour. The two bands and entourages ran into each other at the Golden Corral restaurant on Main St. The trouble started when Motley Crue singer Vince Neil became enraged after the buffet chef served another man his steak before him.
A melee broke out involving more than 40 people. Food, punches and chairs were being thrown all over the restaurant. Onlookers and staff watched in horror as the fight continued to escalate. It was all captured on video.
Insane
Witness Ed Lemond told Madhouse News, “It was insane. I saw Tommy Lee and Nikki Sixx bum rush Eddie Vedder. Fists were raining down on Vedder and he was curled up in the fetal position. Tommy continued to pummel Vedder about the head and shoulders as Sixx jammed shrimp up his nose. Then all of a sudden Will Ferrell came running up with a metal tray and slammed it over Sixx’s head. I was like WTF is Will Ferrell doing here? Then my girlfriend told me it was the Red Hot Chili Peppers drummer. He is in Eddie’s band. I look over and while all this is going on, Vince Neil is sitting quietly eating his steak and mashed potatoes.”
