Bruce Springsteen Mocks Steven Van Zandt With Hilarious Costume

Bruce Springsteen wins Halloween this year with his hilarious “Big” Steven Van Zandt costume. The Boss donned a fat suit, prosthetics and babushka to mock and ridicule his bandmate. Van Zandt has lost a ton of weight this past year and Bruce takes credit for that. “He only lost that weight because I made fun of him and embarrassed him” said Bruce, “I would call him “Fatty McButterpants” in front of others and laugh when he cried. That’s what I call tough love and it worked. Now he can see his wiener for the first time since the 80s.”

Springsteen was spotted wearing the costume at a Halloween costume party at Jenkinson’s Club in Point Pleasant Beach, New Jersey. Bruce won first prize for best costume and quickly pocketed the $500 cash prize.

Bruce was performing his famous Van Zandt impersonation all night as well. Springsteen was walking around stuffing gabagool in his mouth screaming, “Food, give me more food”. Then he put straws up his nose and started barking like a walrus.

When asked why he would mock Van Zandt in this fashion and why he would put on such an unflattering costume of his friend, Springsteen replied, “Look man let me tell you something. We are going out on tour next year and I gotta get these sonsofb*tches in line. They don’t call me the boss for nothing. I need to break every last one of them.”

“As I have stated in interviews before, A band cannot run as a Democracy. I tried that in the beginning but it wasn’t working. I had to make a stand, so I declared I’m The Boss! There was some grumbling in the beginning, so I took Steven Van Zandt and made an example out of him. I made him pull down his pants in front of everyone and I whipped him on the nads with a car antenna. No one said a word after that. I still keep that car antenna in the studio, just as a reminder and a warning.”

The Boss continued, “Steven was getting a little too big for his britches. He thinks he’s a big shot with all of that Sopranos stuff. This is how I reign him back in. When we rehearse or go into the studio. I often play some of Steven’s solo music. Then I say to everyone, hey this is the music Steven creates without me. He hangs his head in shame and we all have a good laugh.”

“Then I yell at him, hey Silvio go get your shine box. Then he has to walk over and get the car antennae, pull down his pants and present himself for a good nad whacking. I am the Boss and don’t nobody forget that. Good times bro.”
