Angry Spike Lee Shoves Remi Malek Off Oscar’s Stage!
An angry Spike Lee shoved Oscar winner Remi Malek off the stage.
Spike Lee was furious that “Green Book” won Best Picture and his movie “BlacKkKlansman” did not. Lee who has never won an Oscar, was so angry that “Green Book” won, he was running around backstage screaming “I wouldn’t wipe my butt with Green Book!”
When Remi Malek won for Best Actor, Spike Lee lost his mind and ran onto the stage and shoved Remi Malek right off the stage. Some observers say Lee was screaming anti immigrant slurs and threatening to call “ICE” on Malek. Lee then lifted his leg like a dog and peed on the podium.
Malek was checked at the scene by paramedics and was apparently uninjured.
Lee fled the scene and the whole incident was covered up by ‘The Academy”. Academy spokesperson Herb Ostenkamp said “Apparently Mr. Malek slipped on Spike Lee’s urine, but Mr. Lee did not push him.” Spike Lee was detained and put in a choke hold by LAPD.
