AC/DC To Headline 2021 Super Bowl! NFL Insists The Band Learns Pole Dancing

Roger Goodell and The NFL have announced that in order for AC/DC to be considered for next year’s Super bowl halftime show, the band would need to learn pole dancing. 

The NFL announcement was a response to the immense pressure from an underground, grass roots, Rock n Roll movement. Immediately following this year’s halftime show, Rock n Roll Fans, led by Dee Snider of ‘Twisted Sister’, started a petition to get AC/DC to perform at the next Super Bowl. 20K fans have already signed the petition, which demands Rock n Roll be brought back to the Super Bowl. 

AC/DC who are reuniting this year and have a new album in the works, have already begun training in the art of pole dancing. “Sure we don’t mind shaking what we got” said lead singer Brian Johnson. “I will show my balls if they want. I don’t give a rat’s behind.” Guitarist Angus Young interjected “Hey I have been playing topless for 50 years. If they want to see some skin, we will be glad to show it. We will play naked. I will swing from a pole and a chandelier.”

Roger Goodell commented “I think most NFL fans prefer acts like Katy Perry, Maroon 5 and J-Lo. Who wants to see a talented band like AC/DC that can actually sing, play their instruments and will perform live? I believe fans would rather see dancing and lip synching. I know I would. There is no longer room for talent in our society. The public demands mediocrity and by God I plan to give it to them!”

AC/DC is currently working with a team of choreographers led by Kevin Federline, Tommy Tune, Paula Abdul & RuPaul. “It’s going to be fabulous” said Goodell, “I am in contact now with Bob Mackie to make sparkly, sexy costumes for the band. This may work out, I am not making any promises, but we will see how it looks at the audition.” Stay tuned!
