90 Day Fiancé Star Darcey Silva Named New Van Halen Singer

Darcey Silva is one of the most well-known stars of the popular 90 Day Fiancé franchise on TLC. The show is also a favorite of Eddie and Alex Van Halen.

Ed’s son, Wolfgang, told a source that his dad and uncle DVR every episode, and then meet up midweek to watch the show together while snuggling under a fort made of couch pillows. “The first time I realized they had this ritual, I walked in the room after hearing my uncle yelling, ‘Oh no he didn’t!’ He was pointing at the TV with one hand and he had his other hand over his mouth. My dad was snacking on a bowl of Picks Mix. It’s his own recipe of Chex Mix and guitar picks.” He wasn’t sure how they became aware of the show other than the fact they like anything that involves arguing and blaming.

They’ve been thinking about another tour for the summer of 2021, but weren’t sure who’d be a good frontman. Wolf told the source, “My dad said it’s really important to have somebody they can’t get along with and who will make a dramatic exit when he and Al tell them to fuck off.” He said they were also looking for somebody who looks shitty in spandex. After seeing Silva, they knew she was perfect. They were captivated by her brittle blonde hair and emotional outbursts, but didn’t seem concerned with her musical abilities. Given her relationship history, the brothers have agreed that Silva will just sing “Why Can’t This Be Love” the entire show. They look forward to feuding with her.
