For the second time in as many weeks, Billy Idol is being sued by a fan. A woman named Sasha Garner is suing the “White Wedding” crooner, for allegedly leaving the toilet seat up. The alleged incident happened in 1984 at the “Holiday Inn” near JFK Airport in Queens, NYC.

Idol met Garner at the China Club in NYC, and after a heavy night of partying and drinking, Garner returned to the hotel with Idol for a night of passion. Idol had apparently used the restroom after their dalliance, but did not close the lid.

My Eye Twitches

In the lawsuit, Garner says she suffered severe emotional distress after falling into the toilet. “I got up to use the bathroom, and it was dark” said Garner, “so I backed in and sat down and splashed right into the toilet. It was cold and horrible. I have trust issues now, I can’t keep a steady job or a relationship. I get headaches and my eye twitches.”

Garner is suing for $7.5 million and wants to be paid for the extreme emotional distress she suffered. “Billy Idol’s attorneys are handling this matter,” Idol’s rep told Madhouse Magazine. “The accusations are without merit. Billy always puts the toilet seat down! He was raised properly! ”

Last week Billy Idol was sued by a woman who claimed Idol stood her up on a date. It is believed that a third woman will be coming forward shortly to claim Billy Idol did not say “Bless You” after she sneezed.

Litigious Society

Idol’s attorney told Madhouse News, “We are in a litigious society. In the past year I have had many cases involving opening doors, not opening doors, pronouns, bathrooms, STD’s and everything in between. The most ridiculous case I have had this year though is a husband sued his wife for producing an ugly baby. I can’t wait for humans to be extinct!”
